Samsung Blu-Ray Player Help!

[eba kw="Blu-Ray DVD Players" num="1" ebcat=""]

Cool video about Blu-Ray DVD Players, have a look:

This video explains the tough time I’ve been having with my Samsung blu-ray BP1600. The damn disc tray won’t open! Sometimes it does, but most of the time it doesn’t. Just says “load”. Can anyone help? I’ll give you a hug.

Does it make a “clunk” noice when you first turn it on and the “load” comes on? If so, the DVD might be jammed (not properly seated in the slot). See if there is a small hole next to the load tray. if so, with the unit turned off, stick a straight paperclip in there and push. It will open the tray enough to open it manually. Then you can remove the DVD and turn it on… No guarantee it will work.

I found a discussion of your issue with suggestions to fix on the CNET forums; sent you the link via email.
